Phuket Singha Muay Thai

Where Tradition

Meets Power

About the Gym

Phuket Singha Muay Thai is a family-run gym on Soi Ta Ied—Thailand’s iconic fitness street—rooted in tradition and led by former Lumpinee and Rajadamnern fighter Kru Pat. It’s a supportive, no-ego environment where champions are made and newcomers are welcomed. Training is real and technical, honoring Muay Thai’s roots with a focus on fundamentals—footwork, balance, striking accuracy, and defense—while building mental resilience and discipline. You don’t need to be a fighter to train like one: many come to get in shape, learn, and challenge themselves. Sessions are tough but empowering, growing a mindset and body that thrives under pressure. The atmosphere is humble, hardworking, and inclusive—no ego, just mutual respect and a shared drive to improve. Many students return year after year for the authentic coaching, quality training, and strong sense of belonging that leaves you stronger inside and out.

Authentic Muay Thai Training

At Phuket Singha Muay Thai, every session follows the traditional Thai training style. Work alongside dedicated coaches and fellow students through group runs, stretching, pad work, bag drills, and sparring. Each session is carefully structured to build strength, technique, and endurance—giving you the full Muay Thai experience, whether you’re here to compete or just to challenge yourself.

Meet Kru Pat, the Owner & Founder

Kru Pat began his Muay Thai journey at just 8 years old, guided by his father — not a fighter himself, but a strong believer in the discipline and values of the sport. That early support lit a fire in Kru Pat that would carry him to the top of Thailand’s fight world.

Over the years, he carved out an elite career, becoming a champion at both Lumpinee and Rajadamnern Stadium, the most prestigious arenas in Muay Thai. With over 30 years of experience, Kru Pat has lived and breathed the sport as a fighter, trainer, and now a promoter at local Phuket stadiums.

But for Kru Pat, Muay Thai is more than just competition. His coaching is driven by traditional values — respect, discipline, and heart — and a mission to preserve the true essence of the art.

He founded Phuket Singha Muay Thai to share his knowledge, culture, and passion with anyone ready to put in the work — from complete beginners to serious fighters.
