Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective as of June 6th, 2025
At Gorilla Freaks, our mission is to deliver authentic, life-changing Muay Thai experiences. Because our camps are limited in capacity and require advance planning, this policy is in place to protect both our guests and our operations. Please read the full terms before booking your spot.
Deposit Terms
A $200 USD deposit is taken to secure your spot, and this amount is included in the total price. The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you cancel more than 60 days before your camp, you will receive a full refund minus the $200 deposit.
If you cancel between 30 and 59 days before the camp, you will receive a 75% refund of the total amount paid.
If you cancel between 14 and 29 days before the camp, you will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid.
If you cancel less than 14 days before the camp, no refund will be issued, as your spot is fully confirmed.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days from the time we receive your cancellation notice. The cancellation date is based on the time your email is received at operations@gorillafreaksgroup.com.
Transfer or Credit Option
If you're unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to a friend or family member with at least 7 days’ notice.
Alternatively, you can move your booking to a future camp date, subject to availability. We encourage you to let us know as early as possible to avoid penalties.
COVID-19 & Medical Exceptions
If your cancellation is due to a positive COVID-19 test within 7 days of the camp, government-imposed travel restrictions, or a verifiable medical condition or injury that prevents you from attending, you will receive a full credit valid for any Gorilla Freaks camp within the next 12 months.
Proof is required, such as a medical note, a positive COVID test, or a government-issued travel advisory.
Liability & Risk Disclaimer
Gorilla Freaks is not liable for any injuries, damages, or disruptions that occur before, during, or after your participation in our camp. This includes, but is not limited to, training or sparring injuries, motorcycle or scooter accidents, food-related illness such as food poisoning, and infectious diseases like dengue fever or skin infections.
We are also not responsible for missed, delayed, or canceled flights; lost or stolen personal items; visa or customs issues; or weather disruptions and other acts of God.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that includes medical care, flight cancellations, and personal liability.
To Cancel, Transfer, or Request Credit
To make a cancellation, transfer your spot, or request credit, email operations@gorillafreaksgroup.com. Please include your full name, the camp date, your booking ID (if available), and the reason for your cancellation or request. Our team will respond within 3 business days.
