Frequently Asked Questions

  • No, flight costs and airport transportation are not included. Once you’ve checked in, we’ll handle the rest. We recommend arriving in Phuket before 1:00 PM to ensure a smooth check-in and be ready for the camp introduction.

  • Every day starts with morning training. For the Muay Thai camp, this runs from 8–10 AM, while for the MMA camp, your schedule will depend on which classes you choose to attend. If you plan to fight during the camp, your trainers may ask you to run before training.

Three times a week, morning training is replaced with fighter-specific strength and conditioning and yoga sessions.

After training, you’ll enjoy a full, healthy meal at any of our partnered restaurants and have time to recover for the afternoon session. Most people like to nap or relax after they eat.

In the evening, you’ll train again, followed by another meal on your own schedule. Afterward, you’re free to unwind at the spa (sauna, ice bath, pool) or explore the area at your pace.

  • Most nationalities can enter Thailand without a visa and stay up to 60 days. We recommend checking the requirements for your passport before booking. Click here to see which countries do and don't need a visa.

  • Absolutely. Monday to Saturday are dedicated to training, but you’ll still have free time to explore on your own. Sundays are for adventure—we do activities like visiting Phi Phi Islands, exploring Naka Market, watching Muay Thai fights, or fun team challenges like the Team Olympics. It’s the perfect balance of training and enjoying Thailand.

  • No, you don’t have to attend every training session. We train twice a day, six days a week, which can be a lot if you’re not used to it. You’re welcome to take things at your own pace, listen to your body, and rest when you need to. It’s your camp—train as much or as little as you like.
